Solution
Perimeter of square = 56 cm
⇒ 4 × Side = 56 cm
⇒ Side = `56/4"cm"`
⇒ Side = 14 cm
∴ Area of square = (Side)2 = (14)2
= 14 × 14 cm2 = 196 cm2
