Ways to Preserve World Heritage Sites World Heritage Sites need to be preserved for posterity. The future generations must know about their history and culture, For this purpose, steps have to be taken to preserve these sites, First and foremost, trespassing by either humans or animals should be strictly prohibited. Access to these sites for tourists, vendors, officials, and the general public should be restricted or monitored carefully. Another 1 important step is to keep a check on the local administration of the site so that negligence in the performance of the duties at this level is ruled out.
