If two coins are tossed simultaneously, find the probability of getting a head on both the coins.  

Solution

S = {HH,HT,TH,TT},             n(S)=4 

If event A is getting a head on both coins. 

`A={HH},n(A)=1` 

`(p(A))=(n(A))/(n(S))=1/4`
