Solution

`[(1, 4),(-2, 3)] + 2M = 3[(3,2),(0, -3)]`

`=> 2M = [(9, 6),(0, -9)] - [(1, 4),(-2, 3)] = [(8, 2),(2, -12)]`

`=> M = [(4, 1),(1, -6)]`
