Solution
`p(y) = y^2 - 3sqrt2y + 1`
`:. p(3 sqrt 2) = (3 sqrt 2)^2 - 3sqrt 2 xx 3 sqrt 2 + 1`
= 9 × 2 - 9 × 2 + 1
= 18 - 18 + 1
= 1
