Coordination refers to the process through which the various functions of management are synchronised towards the common goals and objectives of the organisation. Coordination
acts as a binding force in the organisation in the sense that it unifies the efforts of Various individuals in the organisation towards the achievement of common goals and objectives of the organisation.
