Area of the flower bed is the difference between the areas of sectors OPQ and ORS.
Area of the flower bed`=theta/360xxpi("PO"^2 - "OR"^2)`
`=90/360xx22/7(21^2 - 14^2)`
`=1/4xx22/7xx35xx7`
=192.5 m2
