Alcohol Consumption:

Drinking alcohol also has adverse effects on the body. Addiction to alcohol is called alcoholism. Alcohol makes a person drowsy and confused. One loses control over one’s actions.

  • They might find it hard to focus on daily tasks without alcohol. For some, drinking becomes a regular habit, and they may feel unable to stop, leading to serious health issues.

Ill Effects of Alcohol Addiction:

  6. Prolonged alcohol use increases the risk of cancers in the liver, mouth, throat, and oesophagus.
  7. Treating addiction and related illnesses can involve painful procedures and withdrawal symptoms, with no guarantee of full recovery.
