x - 5y + 4 = 0

x - 5y + 4 = 0
⇒ 5y = 4 + x
∴ y = `(x + 4)/(5)`
When x = 1;
y = `(1 + 4)/(5)`
= `(5)/(5)`
= 1
When x = 6;
y = `(6 + 4)/(5)`
= `(10)/(5)`
= 2
When x = - 4;
y = `(-4 + 4)/(5)`
= `(0)/(5)`
= 0

Plotting these points we get the required graph as shown below :
