`Delta = 1/2 abs ((x_1,y_1,1),(x_2,y_2,1),(x_3,y_3,1))`
`Delta = 1/2 abs ((-2,-3,1),(3,2,1),(-1,-8,1))`
`= 1/2 [-2 ( 2 + 8) + 3 (3 + 1) + (-24 + 2)]`
`= 1/2 [-2 (10) + 3 (4) + (- 22)]`
`= 1/2 [-20 + 12 - 22]`
`= - 30/2`
= - 15
∴ Area = 15 square units. (As area > 0)
