Explanation:

∠OPQ = 90° – 50° = 40°
OP = OQ ...[Radii]
∴ ∠OPQ = ∠OQP = 40°
In ∆OPQ,
⇒ ∠POQ + ∠OPQ + ∠OQP = 180°
⇒ ∠POQ + 40° + 40° = 180°
∠POQ = 180° – 80° = 100°.
