(4, -3) ≡ (x1, y1) is a point on the line AB and slope = m = -2
Equation of line AB in point slope form is
y - y1 = m(x - x1)
y - (-3) = -2(x - 4)
y + 3 = -2x + 8
2x + y - 5 = 0
