Question
If cosec A + sin A = 5`(1)/(5)`, find the value of cosec2A + sin2A.
Solution
co secA + sin A = 5`(1)/(5)`
Squaring both sides
`( cosec "A" + sin "A")^2 = (5 1/5)^2`
`cosec^2 "A" +sin^2"A" + 2cosec A. 1/(cosec"A") =(26)/(25)`
`cosec^2 "A" + sin^2"A" = (626)/(25)`
`cosec^2 "A" + sin^2"A" = 25 (1)/(25)`
