Classification of Change: Slow and Fast Changes:

  1. Fast (quick) changes: Changes that occur in a very short period of time, often instantly or within minutes, are called fast or quick changes. For example, bursting of a balloon, switching on a light bulb, exploding firecrackers, etc.
  2. Slow Changes: Changes that occur over a longer period, often taking hours, days, or even years, are called slow changes. For example, ripening of fruit, growth of a plant, rusting of iron, etc.
