Introduction of Coping with Our Emotions:
Humans experience both thoughts and emotions. Balancing them is important for dealing with situations effectively.
- For example, feeling sad or angry is natural, but these emotions should not be allowed to take control.
- Desires are normal, but they should not turn into greed. Clear thinking helps in managing emotions and responding calmly.
- Emotional adjustment is the ability to manage and express feelings in a healthy and calm manner. It helps a person stay balanced, handle difficult situations peacefully, and understand others better.
Dealing with Anger:
Anger is a natural emotion, just like happiness or sadness. It may arise when situations don't go as expected or when someone behaves unfairly or unkindly. While occasional anger is normal, frequent or uncontrolled anger can negatively affect both physical and mental health.
People who often feel angry may become:
- Short-tempered (easily upset).
- Stubborn (not willing to listen or change).
- Less understanding of others.
This kind of anger can also lead to:
- Headaches.
- Lack of sleep.
- Feeling tired and dull.
