To draw a circle, angle, or angle bisector, we need to use some tools.  We shall begin by listing these tools, describing them, and looking at how they are used.

Use

The Ruler A flat strip, usually marked in cm/inches. To draw and measure line segments.
The Compasses Has a pointer on one end and a pencil on the other. To draw arcs/circles and mark off equal lengths.
The Divider A pair of pointers To compare lengths.
Set-Squares Two triangular tools with angles: 45°-45°-90° and 30°-60°-90°. To draw perpendicular and parallel lines.
The Protractor Two triangular tools with angles: 45°-45°-90° and 30°-60°-90°. To draw and measure angles.
